NAVIGATING RESEARCH WRITING – running 29 March - 1 April 2016
Navigating research Writing (NRW) is a short course aimed at prospective students who've been out of academia for a while, or who are starting out on their postgraduate research journey and who want to re-orientate themselves to what it will take to do a postgraduate degree. In the NRW course the focus is on writing an exploratory 'concept paper'. This will assist you to write your proposal or aspects of the thesis such as reviewing the literature. NRW will run over March/April, with online components and 4 days of classes (29 March - 1 April 2016).
The NRW is a formal UCT short course, and if you complete the assignment you will be eligible for a continuing education certificate of completion.
